East Hanover Community Partnership Winter Festival

Once again, the East Hanover Community Partnership's Winter Festival was a big success.  Hundreds of families partipated in the activities while sipping hot coco and listening to holiday tunes.  There was train rides, ice skating and of course a prize wheel at the Ridgedale tent.
