Wire Transfers

Sending and receiving funds anywhere in the world.

Wire transfers are one of the most effective and quickest ways to move money for things like closing on a home or sending funds to relatives abroad.

Outgoing Domestic (United States)

Wire transfers can be handled on a same day basis if you are able to provide the credit union with the proper information by 4:30 p.m. EST. The fee for Domestic Wire Transfers is $25.00 effective July 31, 2019.  This form may be used to facilitate your wire transfer request. Please complete this form in its entirety. Wire Transfer Request Form (Domestic). We recommend you contact the Institution receiving the wire and ask specifically for their “Incoming Wire Instructions.” This will ensure a smooth transfer.

Outgoing Foreign (International)

All International Wire Transfers must be brought “in person” to our 124 Ridgedale Avenue Branch.

To ensure that a staff member is available to process your international wire in a timely fashion and avoid a long wait time, we highly recommend making an appointment. To book your appointment please call us at 973-947-1000 option 4 or email to eservices@ridgedalefcu.org.

International wire transfers can be handled on a same day basis if you are able to provide the credit union with the proper information by 3:30 p.m. EST. The outgoing foreign wire fee is $100.00. An international wire transfer request form must be used to facilitate your international wire transfer request. Wire Transfer Request Form (International) Please bring the completed form to our 124 Ridgedale Ave. office. We recommend you contact the Institution receiving the wire and ask specifically for their “Incoming Foreign Wire Instructions.” This will ensure a smooth transfer.

NOTE: Depending on the destination, a Foreign Transfer may take up to an additional 24 hours to arrive. Please keep this in mind when timing your request. In addition to the above information, we need to have the following information to have a Foreign Wire Transfer request:
