Remote Deposit Now Available!  Maximum daily mobile deposit amount is $5000.  When making your mobile deposit be sure to endorse the check with your signature and “For Mobile Deposit Only”.

Our new and improved Mobile App has enhanced security with features that include facial recognition and fingerprint log in. It also gives you the ability to set up various alerts, pay bills, and use Zelle®. You can access your app store to download the new app.

Enhanced features include:

24/7 password reset, new financial management tool and the ability to set up various alerts. You will be redirected to set up your new credentials on November 8th.

Signing into our new and enhanced online banking system will be different. If you are currently signed up for
online banking, click the button above CURRENT ONLINE USERS and follow these steps:
STEP 1: Use your Current User ID for login. Your password will be the last six digits of the primary’s social security number.
STEP 2: Review terms and conditions, click the box and hit continue.
STEP 3: You will then need to change your password. Remember your current password is the last six digits of the primary’s social security number.
STEP 4: You will then be verified via phone call or text message with the current phone number we have on file.

NOTE: If we do not have your cell phone in our core system, then you cannot use your cell phone number for the verification process. You can update your cell phone number by submitting via this change form. Your cell phone will be added to the core by the next business day.

STEP 5: After the phone call or text message, you will enter the verification code provided and then hit the verify button.
STEP 6: You will then need to answer 5 security questions

Splitting expenses? No problem. It makes sending and receiving money with friends and family easy and more convenient than writing checks or handling cash.  Zelle payments run through bill pay.  To use bill pay, you must have (or open) a checking account here at Ridgedale FCU.
