Call 1-800-992-3808 to activate your card and set your PIN number.
Why do I need to re-set my PIN number?
You are receiving a new debit card number, therefore, to conduct PIN transactions, you will need to set a PIN number to connect with your new card number.
How do I continue earning rewards points?
If you were previously enrolled with CU Rewards, then you do not need to re-enroll on the new platform to earn points.
What will happen to the reward points I earned on my old debit card?
Any earned points will be automatically transferred to your new debit card.
I do not see my transferred points on the site.
During the points transfer process, there is a blackout period during which you are unable to see previously earned points. You will see and be able to redeem your points beginning on 12/1/2023.
How do I redeem my rewards points?
